Professional Responsibilities

As the lead Paralegal on our Trust and Estate Administration Team, Chris works with our clients in both of these areas.  He is responsible for assisting in carrying out the wishes of loved ones with both the family and the courts.
           
Chris is also responsible for the funding and administration of trusts, from statutory court pleadings and asset transfers to accounting and distributions.

Estate and probate laws change periodically and Chris is continually updating and adapting his knowledge as well as his process to create a highly effective and client friendly environment.

Educational Experience

Chris graduated from the University of Northern Colorado, with a degree in English, and a minor in Elementary Education.  He became a Certified Paralegal through the American Bar Association-approved Paralegal Studies Program at Holmes College.
