remainder trusts, family limited partnerships,
and other small business entities.
Previously, Bruce practiced for
several years as a CPA with an international accounting
firm and then as an attorney with a four partner
law firm.

Dick's practice concentrates in the areas of business

estate planning. He has assisted small and medium

transactions, and trademark registrations.
Previously, Dick served as a career
military lawyer (JAG) for 28 years in the United
States Air Force as general counsel for medium
and large sized military bases.

Gordon specializes in estate,
business, retirement planning. Previously, he
served as a career judge advocate officer in the
U S Air Force. His duty assignment included five
years on the faculty at the U S Air Force Academy.
He spent three years in Turkey where he participated
in the negotiation of a series of bilateral aggreements
involving the US military
and the Turkish government.

Von specializes in probate, trusts, asset protection,
estate planning and tax conflict resolution. He
combines an extensive tax and planning background
with significant courtroom experience to provide
creative and comprehensive planning and, when
necessary, strong advocacy for his clients. He
is a frequent speaker on estate planning techniques.
He and his wife, Michelle, have three young children.
In his spare time, he enjoys outdoor recreation
and traveling.

Lorraine is the firm’s office manager. She

Sandy helps to keep the firm’s computer
system online and "in line." She also
assists with corporate work and the preparation
of qualified pension and profit sharing plans.
Sandy joined the firm in 1985.
Michelle C. Vaala,
Legal Assistant
Michelle earned her paralegal degree from Arapahoe
Community College. She joined the firm in 1994.
Michelle assists with estate plans, corporate
business planning, and annual requirements.
Barbara A. Clifton,
Legal Assistant
Barbara holds a bachelor of science degree
from the University of Delaware. Her professional
experience lies in the fields of business, marketing,
and customer relations.
